- If you have purchased the product from the Crazy Skates website directly or through one of its direct selling channels (Amazon, eBay etc...seller - CrazySkatesUSA), then complete this online warranty claim form below. Please be sure to read the helpful information below to ensure you fully understand the warranty procedure and requirements to complete and submit your warranty claim form.
- If you purchased your product/s through an approved Crazy dealer or retailer, please contact them and initiate your claim with the store directly. We will work with your approved dealer to expedite your claim via their Crazy Returns and Warranty policies.

90 Day Warranty
Crazy Skates offers a Warranty for a period of ninety (90) days after retail purchase, against material defects and workmanship. This Warranty is subject to the following Terms & Conditions. Any claim on Warranty must be accompanied with proof of purchase (please keep your original receipt). We can not verify or process a claim without proof of purchase.
Repair, Replace or Refund Policy
Crazy Skates USA Warranty is covererd by our Repair, Replace or Refund Policy and applies when you purchase online from www.crazyskateco.com. This policy does not directly apply to the purchase of any Crazy Skates products through a reseller (dealer or stockist). Should you have any questions about a repair, return or refund issue when purchased by a third party reseller, please refer to their store policy for details. Crazy Skate products are sold by independent resellers, these policies may vary from goods purchased from this company online store.
Is it a MINOR or MAJOR fault?
The decision as to whether the problem is MINOR or MAJOR is a determination that can only be made by us . This decision cannot be made by any other third party. Our Repair, Replacement or Refund of the product is based on that determination.
Crazy Skates USA may choose to:
(a) provide a Refund;
(b) Replace the product; or
(c) Repair the product.
When the problem/fault is MINOR, Crazy Skates USA as the supplier can choose between providing either a Repair, offer a Replacement or provide a Refund. If the claim for warranty is determined not to be a major fault and can be repaired within a reasonable timeframe, the consumer cannot reject the goods nor can you demand a refund. This is a condition of sale.
When the problem/fault is determined to be MAJOR, Crazy Skates will offer a full Refund or offer an Exchange of the product for the same type/style/size. All delivery and return costs for the replacement process will be the responsibility of Crazy Skates USA.
What your Warranty DOES NOT Cover
1. Damage as a result of weather. Crazy products are not designed for all weather conditions. They should always be used on a dry surface and keep away from extreme sun, wind, rain and humidity.
2. Crazy products are designed to work a certain way. Adjustments made to these skates that alter their performance (including non-genuine parts) will void the Warranty.
3. Misuse or mistreatment of your Crazy product.
4. Normal and reasonable wear and tear of your Crazy product and parts.
5. Size your skates correctly. Incorrectly fitted skates can alter performance and reduce the life of your skates.
6. Crazy products are designed to be used on smooth surfaces only. Any warranty claim may be voided if used on uneven surfaces, including rough or moist terrain.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Crazy Skates USA will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Please take photos of the damaged goods as soon as you receive them.
Should a refund be necessary it will be processed by Crazy Skates USA and will normally be processed within 5 business days.
In some cases a Repair, Replacement or Repair will not be offered if you have:
- substantially modify the product;
- misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels;
- gift-cards, vouchers, credit vouchers are non-refundable.
Crazy Skates USA reserves the right to not provide a remedy (Repair or Replacement) in accordance with the improper use of the product/s and/or where the product/s have been used predominantly in a commercial or business environment or for commercial or business purposes. Crazy USA expressly advises that all non-Rental specific product/s are not designed for commerical applications or purpose and voids warranty for all product/s.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and completing your order. Shipping costs are always non-refundable.
