Return Policy
Please be sure to use our size charts to make sure that you order the correct size! This will make sure that you don’t have to be bothered with a return.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items that are not marked as excluded below. All returned items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Items not in their original packaging will be subject to a $5 repackaging fee.
We offer Free Unlimited Returns and Exchanges through REDO. That option is available when you add the item to your cart for a $2.50 fee. If you do not purchase REDO, then you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. You can either use our commercial rates or your own carrier.
Warehouse Deals (Used products) are final sale and as-is and cannot be returned. REDO is not offered on these products.
Items sold for fundraiser events and charity events, which are clearly marked as such, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges and instead ask that, if you want a different size or product, you return your existing order and then reorder the new item. We’ve instituted this policy due to growing demand for our product and how quickly certain models or sizes can go out of stock. Ordering the new item right away ensures that you will receive the desired size or style, whereas if we wait until your return is received and processed there is a chance it will no longer be available.
